The Institute is governed by the following rules and regulations.All The Students applying for any of the Course(s) / Workshop / Seminar are required to strictly follow the Rules & Regulations.
A student must have 90% attendance to qualify for examination. The subject matter taken up once in the class shall not be repeated. Students who are absent or miss the subject matter may cover it up with the help of their class fellows or request for an extra class to the Head of department.
A student will be held responsible for loss or damage to any equipment in the laboratory and will have to pay for the same.
A student will be held responsible for loss or damage for stone specimens & will have to pay for the same.
No library book will be issued for the first month.
Personal stones/ jewellery will not be allowed at any cost in the laboratory for the verification, testing and /or any other reason. However, in special cases students can bring personal stones/specimens with prior permission to the institute for study purpose at their own risk and responsibility.
In case student has opted for the installment mode of fee payment please follow the last date / schedule of payment strictly to avoid fines/ seat block / cancellation
If a student is unable to attend the course after being selected or admitted for any reason whatsoever the fee shall not be refunded. The student can request to carry- forward his/her admission to the next available batch in special cases only.
The institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes/ course with prior intimation to the students.
Student not able to appear for examination on the due date on account of any reason or has not cleared in the first attempt shall be allowed to appear on a latter date by getting prior permission from the authority on paying a nominal charge of Rs. 1000 per exam. The students are in addition to follow a general discipline & other rules & regulations, which come up to time to time.
The student who does not adhere to disciplinary requirements and Rules & Regulations are liable to disqualify from the institute.
Student is to keep a track on the exams & assignments and is requested to read the notice board regularly for any reschedule or announcement.
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
* Note: DGIC, CGIC, Gemology & DSP courses have an additional Refundable Security of Rs.5,000/-
Security amount is refunded only after (A) successful completion of the course (B) passing all the required exams (C) confirmation of accounts department in regards to NO DUES pending from the candidate whatsoever (D) confirmation of Admin department in regards to NO LIBRARY and OTHER DUES (E) filing up the form of Application for refunding security deposit and form of Declaration of receipt of security. Please make sure refunds are issued through cheque only in candidates name as mentioned on the receipt .
Installment mode not applicable for Sunday/weekend/online batches (Crash courses)
Admission Fee of Rs.1,000/- (Click to pay) for Astro Gems and Pearl Grading Batch and Rs2,000/- (Click to pay) for DGIC, CGIC, Gemology, DSP, Jewellery management & Jewellery Sales & Marketing (when applicable)
Online / Sunday fee Rs 2000/- (Click to pay) to Rs 4000/- (Click to pay) extra
For Down Payment or Instalment, the fee mentioned on this page on the date of payment shall be applicable.
* Amount once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable
The Study Material (Stationary only) shall be provided by the Institute and are included in the Fee.
*Sunday batches are issued with index wise notes with topics to be covered in the course.
Payment Mode Cheque/ Draft/ Cash/ Card / Bank Tranfers only (Cheques/ Drafts should be payable at par at Delhi)
Any charges levied by the bank whatsoever shall be borne by the Student
*Sunday DGIC batch does not include sorting, Sieves and series making

There would be no class from 21st March 2020 to 15th April 2020 on account of Nation Wide lock down due to Corona Virus Pandemic. Thus all current and new batch classes will be rescheduled and dates shall be announced to students accordingly. (updated on 21st Mar'20)
